Despite her belief that Mallorca was for the party kind, Anna visited the island and impulsively bought a ruined farmhouse. The book chronicles the ups and downs of the move, while diving into Mallorcan fiestas and traditions. She’s since gone on to write an entire series, but it’s best to start at the beginning.
